I have been on several trips with Capt. Kenny both walleye and perch. Every outing produced fish due to the knowledge and expertise of Kenny. The 2 perch trips resulted in all hands getting their limit within an hour of being put on the fish, even though news reports and the fish cleaning station reported nobody was catching anything. Kenny is persistent. If there are feeding fish to be found Kenny will find them. He is personable, humorous and patient, a perfect captain for first timers or youngsters. When you go with this charter, you can almost say you are going catching rather then fishing. I would highly recommend.
I have been perch fishung with Captain Kenny twice, limiting out on perch both times. What impressed me most was the second time. The weather was bad, the water was churned up, and it looked like there would be no fishing that day. But Kenny looked and looked 'til he found the fish then five of us limited out in about an hour with lots of doubles and nice-sized fish. Kenny works hard and knows the lake. I highly recommend Firefox Charters.
